How Do We Clean Up Shared Logins to Client Accounts?
Most agencies have a client login that five people use and nobody owns. We move people to individual accounts where the platform allows it, put the logins that must be shared in a password manager, and turn on multi-factor authentication. Default and reused passwords are replaced and a strong password standard is enforced on every account and device.
The result is a written list of who can reach which client, which is the first thing a careful client asks for.
What Happens When a Freelancer or Employee Leaves?
Access ends the same day. We keep an offboarding checklist: the person's accounts, shared folders, password manager entries and invitations to client platforms. A freelancer's project access gets an end date when it is granted, so removal is a step that already has an owner.
Do You Support Our Creative and Collaboration Tools?
We keep the computers, accounts, browsers, network and storage those tools depend on working, and we work with the vendor's support when the fault is on their side. We do not sell or resell your creative software.

Yes. Logins that cannot be individual go into a password manager with access limited to the people on that client, and multi-factor authentication is turned on wherever the platform allows it.
Do you replace our in-house IT person?
Not necessarily. Many clients keep an internal person for day-to-day needs and use us for the monitoring, security and depth behind them.
